How to find your child's shot record...
In light of the Measles outbreak in Texas, we wanted to help parents easily check their children's school immunization records to see if they have had both doses of the MMR vaccine.
- For students currently enrolled - parents can go to their student's Parent Portal account and choose "Immunizations" from the menu on the left. If you access the account by computer, you will be shown a full page view of all the immunizations. If by phone, you will need to scroll down one immunization at a time to find all the doses. There is no way to download the record from here, screenshots are the best way to save them.
- For students who have graduated or withdrawn - We have data as far back as the 2005-2006 school year and can help get that information to you after an email request. Send your email request to rcarmichael@lagovistaisd.net.
