Student Alternative Transportation
While we prefer athletes ride district vehicles to and from school sponsored events, we understand that there may be exceptions.

In the event a student needs to change the form of transportation, they must complete the alternative transportation form, and adhere to the following (as stated in the Athletic Code of Conduct):

  • Coach must receive a note from the parent 24 hours in advance prior to the contest.
  • After contest, the parent must report the coach to let him/her know the athlete is leaving with the parent.
  • All equipment must be turned in to the coach (or an identified individual, who will assume responsibility for the equipment).
  • Athletic Code of Conduct As a participant in the Lago Vista Athletic Program, each athlete makes a commitment to give his/her best, plays to win, follows training guidelines, exhibits good conduct and fair play at all times so as to be a credit to Lago Vista I.S.D.
The student-athlete must understand participation in athletics is a PRIVILEGE and a higher standard of conduct is expected as outlined in our Athletic Code of Conduct.
