• OnRamps - University of Texas ▲
  OnRamps is a blended-learning initiative led by the Center for Teaching and Learning at The University of Texas at Austin. OnRamps features courses and course materials designed by university faculty, learning specialists, and national experts in college success to dramatically increase the number and diversity of students prepared to excel in university-level education. OnRamps courses are offered in high schools and community colleges in Texas and beyond and provide opportunities for students to receive college credit.

• Dual Credit - Austin Community College ▲
  As a high school student within the ACC District service area, you are eligible to enroll in ACC college credit classes through the Dual Credit program.  Credit earned through dual credit enrollment counts for both college and high school credit in a core content area or an elective and fulfills high school graduation requirements.  Students can earn dual credit by taking ACC classes at the high school campus and through high school coordinated distance learning courses.  Students must submit an official transcript to the District in order to receive high school credit.
  
  We strongly advise students to discuss enrolling in more than two classes per semester with an ACC academic advisor prior to registration. Dual credit students will be eligible for 12 course tuition and fees waivers, after which, regular tuition and fees will be assessed.  Dual credit courses offered at the high school campus are eligible for fee waivers and weighted credit. For more information, visit http://www.austincc.edu/ecs/.

• Texas Virtual School Network (TxVSN) ▲
  The Texas Education Agency (TEA) provides online courses to eligible students through the Texas Virtual School Network (TxVSN). The TxVSN course catalog works in partnership with Texas public schools to provide their students opportunities to enroll in high school, Advanced Placement, and dual-credit courses offered by TEA-approved catalog course providers.  Note: TxVSN courses are not offered through LVISD and, thus, the District is not responsible for course pacing, grading, and/or format.  These courses require students to be organized, autonomous learners and students interested in pursuing enrollment in a TxVSN should discuss this option with the campus counselor.  Students are responsible for the cost of courses and materials, unless the course is a part of the student's graduation plan for which the District does not offer a suitable alternative.  For more information, students are encouraged to speak with the campus counselor. To view course options, visit https://catalog.mytxvsn.org/.
