Drop Off/Pick Up

In the morning

• Drop off is between 8:10AM-8:40AM.
• 6th, 7th and 8th grade can be dropped off in the front of the school or behind the school
• If your student needs breakfast, they can be dropped off by the cafeteria

In the Afternoon

• 6th Grade pick up after school is in the front of the school (between the Upper Gym and Administration Building)
• 7th and 8th grade pick up is in the loop behind the school by the Lower Gym/Viking Hall

Important

1. The parking lot is one way, with the entrance being closest to 1431
2. You can only turn right on Bar K when leaving the parking lot

LVISD uses Ascender Parent Portal to connect you with your students grades. By acquiring an Ascender account, you will be able to view your child(ren)'s grades and attendance. Parents of Lago Vista ISD students in grades 2-12 can use Ascender to access student grades, while all Lago Vista parents (kindergarten-12th grade) can use Ascender to check and keep up with their attendance.

Click here to connect to Ascender. You will need to create an account using the student code that was mailed home to each household (you may check with the campus secretary if you did not receive a letter in the mail).

Grades that appear on Ascender are as current as the teacher's electronic gradebook. Please allow adequate time for teachers to grade papers and enter the grades into the system. Remember, teachers have the full-time job of teaching, planning, collaborating, meeting, and assessing student work.
