Transportation Changes or Absences
All transportation changes are made through the School Dismissal Manager Website or App. Changes for that day's dismissal are allowed till 2:00pm. If you have any questions please contact Bree Makowichuk in the front office. 

Please note, if you plan to pick up your child early, the latest you can do so is 2:45pm so that you don't get stuck in the bus line.

If your student has been or will be absent, please alert Christine Harris.

Keeping Track of Grades and Attendance

Welcome to the new Ascender Parent Portal

By acquiring an Ascender account, you will be able to view your child(ren)'s grades and attendance. Parents of Lago Vista ISD students in grades 2-12 can use Ascender to access student grades, while all Lago Vista parents (kindergarten - grade 12) can use Ascender to check and keep up with their attendance. You will receive notification of your child(ren)’s student portal id from the campus. If you no longer have access to your child(ren)’s student portal id, you can contact the campus registrar.

Emergency Closures
ParentLink - LVISD uses this service to send text messages, email, and/or place calls to every parent in the system when there is an emergency due to inclement weather or other emergency situations. Please make sure and keep the front office apprised of ANY/ALL changes to your contact information so you will be certain to receive this type of information.
